Many of the affiliates of these scammer brokers tend to use their own hosted server - an AWS or OVH server running WordPress on nginx on centos-. These servers are invariably protected by CloudFlare to keep them from being brought down by people policing the internet on their own terms, and make sure that the owners remain more or less untraceable.

As you can see the favourite at the moment is the Amazon share scam as everyone seems to equate Elon Musk with honesty and making money which is interesting.
