So as you can see this is pretty close to be as ridiculous as anything you can find from these scammers - it is complete nonsense trying to persuade people that this guy is some sort of philanthropist saving the world when in actuality he's just a desperate actor unknowingly (although, how he couldn't have figured it out, right?) defrauding people on behalf of a conman.

 It doesn't really have any content, just pictures of various people who seem to be from Dell's support team, judging by the image file names, and links to the Tesler App which is actually just an app that sends your details to the scammers rather than allowing you to trade anything.

Below that there are a few more images and some inane nonsense about markets before the only genuine bit of text on the whole website, which is the warning:

This simply means that the CFDs being solicited are illegal in the US and Canada (illegal even to solicit that is) and explains why they use this ridiculous Tesler App subterfuge to market these brokers in North America.
