OK so they are not regulated, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they're bad. They should know that they are acting outside of their remit by offering these services in the UK without FCA registration, but they might just be desperate to help...?

The scammers assumed if they were cunning enough to steal their victims money with false trading, why not steal even more when posing as a wealth recovery firm?!
With impressive websites and sleek salesmen, these scammers will promise victims a quick return of their lost funds, even in scenarios where recovery is not an option, in exchange for a large “consultant” fee. Sadly, those who fall prey to these “firms” not only do not see their initial funds again, but they are now victims of a new scam.

It all sounds very promising. They advertise on Google using search terms, so they know that you might be in the UK as you can choose which territories you advertise to.
Their FaceBook Page is more alarming - they have a Wealth Recovery Expert video. Now why would you want a video? A video is a way of immersing someone in something and communicating emotion. A way of bypassing logic and common sense, and getting a quick and uncertain sale. Why would you want that as a legally bound financial services company? Surely the worst kind of customer is one that is going to send you out on a wild goose chase under 'no win no fee' terms.
Their first FB post was 7/11/2019 so they are very new to FaceBook.
They now have a page explaining that they cannot deal with UK residents.
