So, no registration number, no address, no landline phone number, only a mobile of: +447538334394. This company does not abide by any of the agreements to be hosting a website within the UK, EU or US territories. This is a huge red flag!
 
There does not appear to be a corresponding website to their email address at: fast-recovery.org either so perhaps they are another site that was forced to close and rebrand.
 
The domains mentioned in the testimonials - LoneRobot.ltd and NYSE6.com - are both domains that are parked and so either they have expired and have been repurchased or have never been used.
 
They do not seem to have a presence on Trustpilot:
 
 
But Trustpilot have some sort of link registered with fastfundrecovery.net for some reason. As far as we can tell that website has never existed.
 
All of the testimonials appear to be stock photos.
 
We also read, next to the submit button on their contact form: By filling up this form you agree that your
data will be shared with 3rd party companies - Which is not a good sign.
 
The fact that they do not deal with any FCA regulated products means that they are only interested in charging a fee to assemble a case for a chargeback to your bank. This is something that you can do by yourself without any other help. That they are not regulated means that they do not hold any qualifications and so have no ability to pressure anyone legally to take any action. 
 
That they will not give their address means that they are fraudulent and concerned about your legal action, which is a sign that they may scam you for a second time after the previous scammers. This is a huge red flag!
 
They do not appear to be a legal entity or even a proper sole trader as they have no proper contact details. Undoubtedly they will just resell your data to another scammer recovery company that will charge you for making a chargeback that you can make yourself.
