The actual 'download' link points to: http://efaxcontrol.efaxreceive.xyz/?download=efax-12578697063-9081-39239
Which takes you through to a page which records your email address as live since you clicked on the link with a string encoding your email address in their database.
There does not appear to be a fake site of any kind, just an email address tracker to perfect spamming in the future.
We have reported the site to Google and MS
