DotNet Blog Engine Theme Image Path Correction for CoolBlue Theme

If you have the DNBE and are keen to use the excellent theme CoolBlue by Richard Reddy and StyleShout you mat need to perform the following correction to the PostView.ascx file under /custom/themes/CoolBlue/

Run a find for 'themeCoolBlue' and replace with 'themes/CoolBlue' to make sure that the RSS images appear (rss_32.png) and others appear correctly. There should be 9 replacements.
