The link actually points to: https://mail.pemaco.co.uk/ardent.php which is currently blank, so presumably the owner found their fake Quickbooks site and removed it.
It could also be a tracker to see who clicks it of course, but there does not appear to be any string in the lnk to give away who was receiving the email.
