The link actually points to: https://mandrillapp.com/track/click/30127960/us4-mailchimp.com?p=[string] where the [string] part presumably denotes private information about your email address and when it was sent.
Now the domain seems like a real domain and yet Google have it marked as fraudulent so not sure what has happened here.

The site is now marked as dangerous in Chrome, and we have reported it to Microsoft Edge.
