The error 30029-4 pertains to a version of Microsoft Office having been installed already or that the source file cannot be accessed when trying to download.

We found that the version we were trying to load appeared to be absent - we were trying to download the en-gb version - and so we downloaded the en-us version instead. The biggest issue we found with this error was the number of Microsoft impersonators there were whilst researching the error. This error appears to be big business to some companies:

Be warned that if you start searching for a 30029-4 error that nearly all of the sites are not actually Microsoft and will try and gain control of your PC.

The following sites are all impersonating Microsoft without permission:

microsoftlivesupport.com microsoftproductsupport.com mslivesupport.com microsoftprosupport.com officelivesupport.com

You are shown various 'Online Chat' windows such as:

Other Parties Impersionating Microsoft Chat

And when questioned answers are very vague:

Fake Microsoft Chat

So are they Microsoft or not?

So anyway please be sure not to let 'Rose' or whoever else they pretend to be get control of your PC as they will charge you for help that you are entitled for free
Microsoft DO NOT use LogmeinRemoteRescue to control your PC.

The service they are offering is chargeable per instance and if you are an Office 365 user you are paying a subscription and are entitled to free help. Contact Microsoft directly at https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/contactus
