This is allegedly an Amazon site that appears to have nothing to do with Amazon at all, but is actually a boiler room scam.
If we have a look for the address shown at the bottom of the page, it is not immediately obvious that Amazon are stationed there: 79, Spyrou Kyprianou Ave., MGO Protopapas Building, 1st Floor, 3076, Limassol, Cyprus AND 152 Franklin Roosevelt Street, 2nd Floor, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus.

Some of the above appear to be questionable brokers that many of the fake reviews and fake news sites link to, so this could be a services office that forwards mail to overseas clients and, as such, is a place for registering companies in Cyprus to take advantage of their trading laws. This site appears to be trying to use the idea of investing with Amazon to trick people into opening accounts with unregulated offshore boiler room broker scammers by confusing people into buying CFDs of Amazon rather than actual stock.
