If you look at the top of the screen shot you can see that there is some fairly indistinguishable text. That text reads:

This campaign will expire on December 31, 2021. If you wish to participate without signing up for a 3-day trial to e247salonyay, please sent an email to [email protected] 

This is exactly the same deal as we saw the other day with https://safe-checkoutportal.com/consumergoods/amazoncompetition/us/ the other day where they are trying to get you to sign up for a subscription service without your knowledge to get some charges from your card when you are receiving nothing other than entry into a prize draw that you have no proof of the existence of.

They all seem to use http://community.inbranded.co to maintain their spammer databases.
