Watch out for this US/UK website.
It is illegal in reality, as it does explain that this website is a CFD trading broker being solicited to US citizens, which is a federal crime. The UK version is not provably illegal but there are definitely reasons to be wary of these sites.

So the markets are flying, so perhaps now is a good time to speculate but it is still illegal to sell CFDs to the US citizenry, which means that keeping any profits might be difficult.
From every angle the action of selling CFDs to Americans and Canadians is too risk y to get involved with.
From their statements in the site, such as: Imagine that today your life has completely changed, you don’t need to go to work, you don’t need to postpone for a rainy day, imagine that you paid all your bills, because every day you earn more than you can spend!
It does sound pretty ridiculous, as not much can make you that rich that fast. The idea that everyone who reads this website will be driving around in a Rolls-Royce is patently nonsense. They claim that this system, with only $250 to start will triple your full-time salary so that you no longer have to work. This is a familiar pitch and wreaks of SCAM!!!
There are also some spelling mistakes on the website (yes, I know ours does too, but this is just a blog, no one is checking it for us) and the small print at the bottom also reveals some concerning details: Company Information:

And finally: Risk Warning: CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 80.58% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider.
OK so what they are saying is that this website, rather than making anyone rich, will almost certainly lose us a great deal of money as it does four out of five people, and we will have no rights to try and reclaim that money as we have been told in advance that we are at risk.
