The link on the Google page just takes you here:
https://spheriz.fr/trust.php which presumably just relays the string to tell the spammers that you clicked on the link.
Obviously the fact that they can only use 'dear receiver' as a title for the recipient means that they are not legitimate and should not be trusted.
