Domain Name Registration Scam Warning
This scam has literally been around as long as the internet. The first thing scam scum did was realise the potential for domain name registration scams. It was a new and unfamiliar process that many non-technical people had to do and people were getting very nervous of losing their domain and were acting in haste, which pricked the ears up of your average scammer scum. The only different thing about this incarnation (although I'm not sure these scammers are actually human) is the method of scam delivery.
Website form spam really has become a thing - I presume they have a bot that fills in the name and email address etc. and then posts a link to some incredibly stupid scam.

I would say that the statement If you had received a Phone Call or E-Mail and were advised to make a payment through this website is an incriminating one as it means they actively employ scammers on the phione and they supply their address for an FBI visit.
