We actually had to adjust the settings on our website forms to discourage this company from endlessly filling in the contact form with the message below. Indeed they actually make use of software that fills in web forms automatically across the web, even though the only people who will see it are the IT company staff who will immediately make a note never to deal with them.
Could anything be more stupid?:
