The website is a fake Tesco website:

Where you are asked for your username and password:

Then your six figure PIN and mobile number:

It then presumably send you a number to your mobile (although we didn't try with a real number) but it accepts any code:

And then checks you out here: https://rumaysho.com/static/sc0/thankyou.html?ip=your ip address

And eventually back to Tesco.com...

Of course everyone should report this site as soon as possible.
