So, scamwatcher.org should not be using a .org domain, they are a for-profit business or individual.

As with all of these affiliate sites, they mask their real hosting provider with Cloudflare, even though they are obviously not a big enough site to require protection from DoS attacks and the like. They use CloudFlare as a means of hiding their identity to remain able to operate without comeback and also because decent web users would fire attacks at their website to prevent them from operating.

The website they are trying to get you to sign up with has this to say on their MyChargeBack.com website:

In reality, Israel is ****ing miles away from both Sydney and Hawaii, and are most definitely not in an ideal timezone to speak to anyone in either Australia or North America.
